For over 2 decades I've worked with executive teams and leaders with a focus on organisation performance and culture transformation. I take pride in delivering tailored, impactful, scalable solutions that meet your needs.

I strongly believe that self-awareness is the foundation of great leadership. By bringing together strategy, systems and culture, and by linking learning to organisational performance, we can create meaningful change that produces lasting results. 

Drawing on extensive experience of working with senior teams, leaders and business owners, I support and challenge people to achieve great learning, attain the skills and confidence to put leadership theory into practice and feel pride and pleasure in making a real and lasting contribution to the teams and organisations they serve.
