Leader development focuses on developing individual leaders, whereas leadership development focuses on helping people at all levels in your organisation to lead effectively. In essence, leadership is a form of action that enables high performance in others; it releases human potential and gets things done.
My work developing leaders connects people with the enabling beliefs that increase their propensity to provide leadership action; it equips them with the skills and knowledge to be able to lead skilfully whatever the context within which they’re operating. It cultivates the underlying principle that leadership is an act of service. As leaders, our job is to help others to be at their best.
I have a strong track record of developing leaders at all levels within organisations, having led the design and delivery of large scale, global, award-winning leadership programmes.
