Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing your personal data are as follows:

• Maintain contact with suppliers, providers, clients, and participants to support the commissioning, development and delivery of our consulting services and organisation and leadership development programmes
• To understand the needs of our clients and make our programmes accessible and safe
• To run our business and maintain financial and legal records

• Employees and associates of Andy Harmer Consulting Limited
• With your organisation. We will not share information without your prior consent
• Suppliers who provide financial, legal, and administrative support to our business
• Accommodation and activity providers, where this is necessary to make our activities safe and accessible
• Emergency responders, where this is necessary to protect or save life
• Law enforcement authorities, where we are required to do so

We will usually process your personal data within the UK but, for international programmes, your data may be transferred outside the country where you are located, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Electronic information is stored on secure IT systems, and we use physical and electronic measures to prevent unauthorised access to, use or disclosure of your personal information. We will retain your personal data for a maximum of seven years from the date our service to you ends. Where we can, we will delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. We will undertake checks and delete data from our records on an annual basis.
Employees of Andy Harmer Consulting Limited receive information governance training and are required to follow our data privacy and retention policy.
