I’m a member of the faculty at the Cranfield University School of Management where I taught and coached senior and middle managers from the BBC on their comprehensive, two-year MSc. Business and Strategic Leadership programme.
The programme covered a broad portfolio of topics in great depth and in 2021, all the modules and sessions were delivered virtually. I gained valuable experience as a Recognised Teacher, combining my existing experiential practice with a deep academic foundation to provide a transformational learning experience for the participants.
